Position Summary:
The Human Resources Managers a valuable member of our HR team committed to the employees, culture, and vision of PharmaEssentia USA. This position reports to the Senior Director, Human Resources and will have exposure to all facets of employee development, employee engagement and performance management. We are seeking someone who is experienced and passionate about employee development and engagement and will drive processes and programs to support our team members’ careers and satisfaction throughout their journey at PharmaEssentia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Learning/Training: identify training requirements through needs assessments and performance reviews; design, implement, manage, and evaluate training programs (instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced); track and measure training effectiveness to ensure ROI; manage Learning Management System and training vendors.
  • Employee Development: implement and manage programs and processes to promote employee continuous development, including career pathing, individual development plans, and promotion policies and procedures; support performance review and management processes.
  • Employee Engagement: working with other members of the HR team, implement and manage processes, systems and programs to monitor and continuously improve employee engagement, including surveying, employee recognition programs, etc.; ensure engagement initiatives and organizational information are communicated regularly and effectively.
  • Employee Relations: support employee relations, including performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Other HR Support & Projects: manage other projects as determined by the Senior Director, Human Resources and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 - 6 years of HR generalist experience
  • A successful track record of implementing and managing employee development and engagement programs
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a field sales organization
  • Entrepreneurial with ability to prioritize and problem-solve
  • Demonstrates curiosity, integrity, and professionalism
  • Impactful verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work independently
  • Resourceful, resilient, and adaptable to change
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Service-oriented and calm under pressure
  • System savvy (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
