Position Overview:
We are looking for an operations & office coordinator to support our Burlington, MA facility.

We are looking for an operations & office coordinator to support our Burlington, MA facility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workspace runs efficiently and effectively
- Support Senior Administrator & Event Planner with planning and executing internal events (willing to travel if needed)
- Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries
- Handle in-office meals for staff and/or visitors, where applicable
- Manage office and kitchen supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Maintain shared office areas (kitchen, conference rooms, supply rooms, closets, etc.), ensuring they are consistently clean and orderly
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors related to the office
- Point of contact for building management and maintenance
- Manage other issues or needs for the office as they arise
- Assist with office layout planning, office moves, office space assignment
- Assist with expense reports and office related expenditures to finance in a timely manner
- Other projects and tasks, as assigned
On site/in office Mondays-Thursdays required; & Fridays as needed (e.g., out of state or HQ staff or visitors in office)
Qualifications, Professional Skills, and Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of prior administrative or assistant support
- High school diploma required/bachelor’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive and proactive attitude and approach
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
